Most Estate fencing is painted black but we can use any colour on the RAL paint chart and we have used many colours over the years and would be happy to discuss and advise. In any case, the steel bars are shot blasted and treated with an anti-rust primer before it arrives on site. We then re-prime after welding and spray paint the fence 2 topcoats on site once fitted. Whilst this provides very good anti rust protection please note that paintwork on both wrought iron and mild steel Estate fencing requires maintenance every few years.

Before finalising your design and starting the manufacturing process, we will discuss the project with you in detail, its purpose and your specific requirement, (ie is the fencing for stock, for driveways, for garden boundary) We will then usually make a site visit to survey the ground and to meet and discuss options with you personally. This is crucial to delivering exceptional Estate fencing and enables us to fully assess the conditions of the ground and to make sure the fence specification is right. It also means we can ensure the appropriate gate positions.
Our aim is to fit a stunning parkland fencing solution that exceeds your expectations and lasts for generations to come. So, with the performance of traditional Estate fencing largely depending on the quality of the installation, all of our fences are put in at a minimum depth of 2ft and deer fencing min 3ft. We never compromise on this – even when the ground is particularly hard; in some cases, other installers will opt for a shallower fitting fence, (and modular fencing is usually only 12-14”) resulting in a fence that is more likely to collapse.
We have been in business for 40 years, manufacturing and installing high quality Iron & steel work of all kinds.
We have an in-house team of design engineers, fabricators, & blacksmiths and expert fencing installers with over 40 years experience.
We have worked in all parts of the country, in Europe and Scandinavia, installed fences and railings in all kinds of conditions in all kinds of ground and we love a challenge.
Construction of our continuous welded Estate fencing is completed on site. Posts are driven 600- 900mm deep,6m lengths of solid bar are threaded in a staggered pattern to ensure no fence upright carries all the joints. Welds are cleaned, prepped and painted on site with a high content zinc primer and two topcoats.
The result is a traditional seamless fence with no visible joints, linking collars or clips. This means greater strength and flexibility, and a fence that will hug contours and follow graceful natural curves, or clean tight circles, or the shape of a driveway/ entrance. This is the real thing, not to be confused with the ‘Modular’ Estate fencing which is usually imported and sold in kit form, and we will guarantee its longevity.

Gates
Estate Fencing

Our continuously welded deer fencing offers unmatched strength and rigidity while seamlessly blending into the landscape.
Estate fencing is particularly well suited for deer. Its slim but strong dimensions are much more subtle and less obtrusive than thick timber deer fencing which can sometimes make you feel imprisoned.
As with standard fencing we build deer fencing on site, continuously welded for maximum strength and sinuous line. We make deer fencing to any height from 1500mm – 2200mm, the number of rails depending on height. Uprights from 50 x 12mm solid bar set at a min 900mm deep.
Matching gates are available in a variety of designs.
See our gallery below for examples.
